Gent Fair Trade (a collaboration between Oxfam and the City of Ghent) has 4 positions for international volunteers a year. These volunteers are part of the organisational team of the local Fair Trade Movement, collaborating with the local government, entrepreneurs and civil society to promote fair trade practices.

The city of Ghent has been recognized as one of the European frontrunners when it comes to social justice and fair trade practices. You are more than welcome to help us maintain this position.

All four positions are for youngsters (below 30 years of age).

The focus of this position is on content creation, campaigning and networking.

We are looking for two Communication Officers:

1. January 2025 - January 2026 (Applications open until the 10th of November)

The focus of this position is on organizing events, setting up initiatives, working with volunteers and educational work.
