Bharat designs all clothing and accessories himself. These are made from organic raw material to finished product in the Fair Trade workshop in Kathmandu, Nepal. With respect for our planet, our employees and our customers. This also guarantees the biological quality and ecological way of working.
Bharat is the driving force of Yak&Yeti Fair wear. He set up his own Fair Trade workshop in Kathmandu, Nepal, where he organizes training and gives work to people in need. He pays particular attention to vulnerable people, such as people with disabilities or the low-skilled.
All employees of the studio are thus guaranteed a fair wage, dignified and pleasant working conditions and job security. Employees' families are also supported, for example by providing education for both employees and their children. Bharat wants all employees to be able to take charge of their own future and work independently on their own projects in the long term. In this way, Yak&Yeti Fair wear wants to contribute to the well-being of the local community in Nepal.
