Bakker Klaas is an artisanal sourdough bakery that makes bread and viennoiserie. They always choose the best ingredients, as much as possible organic, local and fair trade.
With respect for the craft and an eye for creativity, Bakker Klaas always provides a solid and varied range: traditional sourdough bread based on wheat, rye or spelled,… but also combinations with nuts, fruits, seeds and herbs. In addition to bread, they also bake baguettes, focaccia, ciabatta, fougasse... Sweet-tooths will get their money's worth with homemade viennoiserie, cinnamon rolls, pain brioché, etc.
In their bread and coffee bar in Ghent Center you can also enjoy breakfast, lunch and coffee.
